Game 1: Wolves vs Everton
Bet 1: 1.0% wager on total goals over 2.5 @ +150 odds
Bet 2: 1.0% wager game ends in a tie @ +230 odds
Wolves need this win, they have tripped themselves up quite a bit lately with back to back losses. While Everton has started hot since the return of play, only giving up one loss thus far. We can easily see a 2-2 tie between these two squads, or a 2-1 win by Wolves. Everton will play tight, but their defense is less than stellar sitting at a -11 goal differential and Wolves is +11 in that same category. Lastly, Wolves are lined up to have a breakout game only scoring 1 or 0 goals in the last handful of matches. Everton's D should give them the perfect opportunity to show that they are actually a solid squad.
Game 2: Aston Villa vs Crystal Palace
Bet 1: 1.5% wager on total goals under 2.5 @ -132 odds
Aston Villa is just below that magical line that no one wants to be near. They are coming to play, so do not expect C. Palace to get a ton of opportunities. Also, Aston Villa is awful at scoring, so that is why we love the under in total goals. Crystal Palace is not safe from that line either, but they do have a little cushion, they are in a perfect spot to NOT show up amped for this game. Aston Villa has yet to produce a win since the restart and need this one bad against a struggling Crystal Palace. One might not enjoy this under bet considering the fact that Aston Villa has given up a massive 65 goals this season, but we think their strategy will be to focus on defense and hope they can sneak in a goal for a 1-rip victory.
Game 3: Arsenal vs Tottenham
Bet 1: 1.0% wager game ends in a tie @ +240
Bet 2: 1.10% wager on total goals over 2.5 @ -107
In 4 of the last 5 matches Arsenal has played they scored 2 or more goals. On the flip side, Tottenham has only be held scoreless once since the start of play (5 matches). We love the over in this game, it should easily get to 2-1 or 2-2, which is why we also like the tie bet in this game. Both these squads are solid and we think it will be a back and forth battle where things tend to remain even across the entire game, which is why we avoided betting a winner. It is also interesting to note that both teams are coming off of low to no scoring ties.
Game 4: Bournemouth vs Leicester City
Bet 1: 1.0% wager on Leicester City (-1) to win a @ +125 odds on the Asian line
Bet 2: 1.04% wager on total goals over 2.5 @ -104 odds
Bet 3: 1.22% wager on Leicester City team total goals over 1.5 @ -121 odds
Leicester City smoked Bournemouth the last time they met up, which will generally be the case when they match against one another. Leicester is in the top 4 of the Premier League and Bournemouth is next to last and just begging to be relegated. When we put the numbers into our model it came back with a projected score of 7467938459376.01 - 0 in favor of Leicester. If these bets don't hit, something catastrophic happened, the fix was in, or it's 2020 and that's just what happens these days.
